Giant Flemish Rabbits

You might think these are photoshopped pictures but they are not. I saw one of these giant flemish  rabbits at a petting zoo yesterday. I had never seen one before.

Tuba Skinny, October 16th 2015

They are back in New Orleans. This video was made on 10-16-2015 and I saw it on you tube 3 hours later. The wonders of modern technology. No Erika in sight but still good nonetheless. Nice to see them back on Royal Street.

When we were on a tour of Italy and Sicily in June of 2007 one of the hotels we stayed in was the Hotel della Valle in Agrigento. While everyone one else went on the tour of some Greek Temples I decided to stay at the hotel and swim in this pool. It was a smart decision. I have seen enough Greek temples. But not enough swimming pools. And I had the pool all to myself. I swam undisturbed for 2 or 3 hours. Finally a couple came out and sar in the chairs. But they were quiet.

I remember how pleasant this place was surrounded by greenery.

A nice and quiet respite. My idea of heaven on earth is a nice swimming pool like this one with no one else around.

I plan to be there. I have never seen them in person. Not even one time. I would rather see them live on Royal Street in New Orleans un amplified but this will have to do for the time being. I really think they sound better un amplified and out on the street. I call what they do "street music".
