I remember walking on a street in New Orleans in 1965 or 1966 and hearing music coming out of a building on Gov. Nicholls Street(mentioned in the article above). I didn't know it at the time but it was the Cosimo Matassa studio. I wasn't sure of it until I read the article linked above.
