Fish And Wildlife Cop Writing Speeding Tickets At The Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge On Sanibel Island

Does the above look like a place someone would write a speeding ticket at 7am when the place was empty?

There is a new Fish And Wildlife cop writing tickets in the Refuge. He sets up early. Like 7am on Sat. when there is almost no one in the Wildlife Refuge and gives out tickets for speeding and not wearing seatbelts. That includes children who must climb in and out of vehicles on many occasions to view the birds.

The speed limit is 15 miles per hour in the Refuge.  27 miles an hour on his speed gun will get you a ticket. He sets up in his pickup facing the wrong way on a long open back stretch.

Watch out for him. He doesnt issue warnings.  There have been several complaints on this guy already.

He is overly aggressive and overly zealous. Asks many personal questions like "How much do you weigh?" He works for Fish And Wildlife which is part of the Department of The Interior. His name is Moore.
